North Park ensures students take advantage of time outside the classroom to sharpen their talents, pursue their calling, and become well-rounded. Dynamic campus life and a vibrant environment are essential ingredients for fully engaged learning.
Over the past 10 years, North Park has transformed its green space and expanded its physical footprint with such new and renovated facilities as Brandel Library, River Park Soccer and Track Complex, Holmgren Athletic Complex, Hamming Hall, Viking Café, Helwig Recreation Center, Campus Bookstore, and various student residences.
While we have made strides in our mission to educate the whole person, we lack welcoming spaces for more social interaction and for many important student services. Your gift will have dramatic and far-reaching impact on campus life, student spirit, and the North Park mission.
This is a community filled not only with the love, life, and faith of Jesus, but also with creative solutions to the challenges facing coming generations. University Ministries looks forward to being in a central campus location where students can connect with God and with one another in prayer and fellowship, and in richer conversations about life and faith.
North Park takes a holistic perspective to a student’s education.
The new building will provide space and resources for me to assist students in their journey in exploring and uncovering the talents and gifts that help them to succeed not only in their careers but also in life, and in ways that will benefit their family, society, and the world.
My North Park education is distinctive because it is so well-rounded. In the new Science and Community Life Building, future students will not only study science but also learn more about God, themselves, and the world they live in. Tomorrow’s North Park will be an even better college experience.
